Since the earthquake and subsequent tsunami that hit Japan on March 11, I've felt strongly like I needed to write a post about it. But the words simply escape me. So I will leave you with a prayer.

Dear Lord,
Be with the people of Japan. Care for them. Comfort them in these trying times. Hold them and tend to them. Be merciful to them. Open their hearts to You. Be merciful, O God. Mercy. Put Your hand around the survivors and protect them from further. Hold them. In the name of Your Son Jesus I ask Your Mercy on the people of Japan Father. I come to You as Your daughter, and beg Your Mercy on them. Be merciful, Father.
Amen.
